It's free for 7 days, then €9.99 once. There's nothing to sign up for.

Baby Nap Track's main screen: nap window in 35 minutes, 12:20pm, put Oisín down between 12:10 and 12:30pm.
Bedtime on night 4 of the chair method: Start to tap when Oisín is in the cot, a picture of a parent in a chair halfway between the cot and the door, and three steps for tonight.

This is what it looks like

Nap needed now at 4pm: Oisín needs 1 hour 5 minutes more sleep, and if Oisín is overtired, an easier nap in the car or the buggy is a good way to go.
If the naps were short, it tells you how much more sleep they need before bed.
The night screen: asleep since 11:46pm, down for the night at 7pm and woke once.
At night the screen goes dark.
This week: each day's naps against a line at 3 hours, with an average day sleep of 3 hours 10 minutes.
The week shows how much they napped each day.

It can take you through the chair method

Bedtime on night 4 of the chair method: Start to tap when Oisín is in the cot, a picture of a parent in a chair halfway between the cot and the door, and three steps for tonight.
Turn on the chair method in Settings. At bedtime it times how long your baby takes to fall asleep.
Tonight's plan for night 2: sit right beside the cot, pat Oisín a little less and shush a little more, three steps, and rows to tap under If it gets hard.
Each night has its own plan. If your baby cries hard, stands up or takes ages, tap that row and it tells you what to do.
The morning after: a chart with one bar for each night, and last night Oisín fell asleep in 31 minutes, 15 minutes faster than night 1.
In the morning a chart has a bar for every night. See where to sit each night.

Guides to baby sleep

Questions

What is Baby Nap Track?

It's a baby sleep and nap tracker for Android. We're Spremt Labs and we make it in Ireland.

How does it know when the next nap is?

It starts with the usual awake times for your baby's age. Then it watches your baby's own naps and moves the times to fit. After three days it's going mostly on your baby.

What age is it for?

Newborns up to toddlers. If your baby came early, put in the due date and it'll go by that.

Where's my baby's log kept?

On your phone. If your phone backs up to Google, the log goes with it, so a new phone gets it back. If you share the log, it's also kept on our servers in the EU.

Is it on iPhone?

No, it's Android only.

We wanted an app that just did sleep and nap times, so we built one. We hope it helps!
